Our 2 Visit Special allows you to experience our office and meet with Dr. King.
Visit #1: Dr. King will review your intake forms, medical records and any x-rays or imaging studies...and perform any neurological testing on this first day.
Visit #2: Dr. King will let you know that if he has decided to take your case. Fees for care will be discussed at this time.
Why do we offer 2 Visits?
Its’ very simple! Dr. King only accepts patients that he truly feels that he can help. During the 2 visits Dr. King will be determing the best course of action for your health situation. If Dr. King feels he can have maximum, positive impact on your life, he will accept you into his natural dizzinss/vertigo/balance disorder program.
